When you have your massage I would like to give you four great tips ans trust me u will be a 100% in the paradise:
1. Close you eyes and open them when the therapist finish all the treatment, when people closed the eyes they can concentrate and feel even more the energy of touch.
2. Breath deeply when you are doing this action your mind and all body have more easily relaxation and a lot oxygen will fill your cells and this will improve your immune system.
3. Relax or lose your muscles all you body even the eyes, neck, feet, etc. because the therapist can easily manipulate and apply great movements to help you to release your muscles and reducing your stress.
4. Tell to you therapist what do you need, what are your health problems and tell him where do you want to him to pay more attention on you body.
